- All Computer Systems will come with a one year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor. Hardware and Software will come with a 30 day return on defective components and will carry the manufactures warranty after the 30 day period
- Payment options: We gladly accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

Please return your product within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
Doesn't Work -
We stand by the high quality of our products. Most defective items may be returned for a replacement or a full refund. Software, Game Software may be returned for replacement only. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
- Change your mind -
We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included).
We apologize that we cannot provide refunds for opened, non-defective Software, Printers or Fax machines these items may be returned for same-item exchange only.
We will refund you for most opened, non-defective computers and electronics. .
- Please return items in 'as-new' condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box or with missing documents.
To speed up the process, all returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please see our Returns Procedure to obtain an RMA# and return your product.
